The "you already voted" thing usually is based on saving the last few IPs of voted people (too much hassle to save them all). For example, some counters on webpages do that, so if you reload - number does not change.

So come back time to time and vote again :)) Unless they do save all entries or place a "cookie" to your hard drive.

I have no idea what the prize of that contest is, but I guess it is something good. Winning can probably also open some more doors in modeling.
