A few days ago I got the following email from VisualWare, Inc. which makes a pretty handy utility called VisualTraceRoute which you punch in an IP address and then it displays a pretty map and all the hops.

Anyway, you can go to their web page (http://www.visualware.com/) and there's an entry where you put in your email address for a shareware license or whatever and it emails you.

So, I got this email and it's like this:

Your Visualware Services Registration information is as follows:http://secure.visualware.com/crm/go/P21JH71VECZ6OAZAQG2EP

EMAIL: drek@oz.net

PIN: 893170

IMPORTANT: Your account is NOT activated until you click on the following URL to confirm your registration. If you do not click on this URL within the next 24 hours, your Services Registration request will expire:

TIP: If you have problems, you may want to copy (hilight/ctrl-c) and then paste (ctrl-v) this URL into your web browser.

After activating your account, you will only need your email address above (enter your PIN ONLY when asked to provide it) to access most of the Visualware online services. For details, review:

[This email was sent at the request of the person at IP address location 62.202.94.nnn]

Well, I didn't request anything from VisualWare, but the IP address 62.202.94.nnn of the person who requested it goes to somewhere in Switzerland, which happens to be where Giorgio lives.  BTW, Giorgio has been saying that he's going to get whomever and that "they" better have good firewalls or else.

So, it seems to me our little buddy Giorgio mistakenly put my email address into the box thinking it would give him a traceroute to my machine so that he could then hack me.  Sorry, Giorgio, but that's my email address and it won't give you my IP address.  Thus, it seems your threats are rather impotent.  (And no, I'm not the catbox hacker either. I'm curious to know the technique, but not stupid enough to hack it.)

If Giorgio thinks an ICMP time-exceeded, a.k.a. "traceroute", GUI application is actually a hacking tool then he is a bigger tool than anyone else in the world.  Didn't anyone tell him EVERY Windows OS comes with this super secret hacking tool?  MY GOD!

The hacking will continue.

Maybe Giorgio was trying to determine where I live.  Which, IMO, is scarier than whatever hacking he's capable of.

Yeah I have that function in my firewall program but who cares I'm not helping them out after Giorgio bad mouthed me crass and accused me of the hack attack.
Difficult as well to rip an IP from their forum I think you need admin access. Evidently the hacker dosen't he he he he.
Ol' Giorgio is copping the brunt of this guy he must have had a run in with him or just picked up on his abusive rude tone.
It's very funny worth having a look there, Giorgio is frying man LOL

The catbox seems to be down altogether now I can't get it to load.
Even though there is animosity It's not good when a forum gets taken down by a hacker like that.

It's sort of pirating the right to free speach really and even if we know what they say is mostely bullshit they still have the right to say it much as we have the right to protest his evil doings and lying ways.

And besides I find it really entertaining jousting with their FA and winding up Giorgio and Alan. Much better than watching reality TV.

I agree with you, Bima, that it is unfortunate that the catbox is being hacked the way it is.  And supposedly the hacker is neither a premie nor an ex-premie.  He's just got a gripe against Hotboards.

All of this gets pretty entertaining, that's fer sure!

I guess having having the catbox down might actually be good for the catbox premies with the Amaroo program about to happen.  I know for myself that as a premie there was a lot of intensity in my life just prior to a program.  Hell, we or should I say I really felt as if each program was potentially life altering.  You know, all that importance on being "cleansed" and all that hooey-hooey business surrounding Maharaji.

I'm wondering if the catbox premies who do go to Amaroo will be anxiously waiting for Maharaji to say something about their valiant efforts - that recognition of their service to the Lord.

You must jest ?
When has he ever said anything consoling or uplifting ?
He only ever tell them how f****d up they are and how they need that thirst for him and to never take any notice of their own feelings and mind. It will happen, it's just going to happen real soon he can feel it you know,

Tomorrow is a brighter day ha ha !

Only ever put downs, that's how he stays up there man.
