Registration for events in the US will occur in three phases.

1.

The first phase is for people actively interested in Maharaji’s message who wish to make a $100 sponsorship contribution to the event in addition to the $20 admission amount. Only registrations with a sponsorship will be accepted in the first phase.
This event provides an opportunity to hear Maharaji speak, introduce guests and participate in his efforts to make his message available around the world. Your sponsorship amount provides support in the following ways:

direct, physical costs to produce the event;

|
production of the videos used during the event itself;
|
|
•
|
event production and documentation of the event for use in future materials;
|
|
•
|
a portion of the speaker’s North American and other international travel and accommodation costs for these events and events that take place in economically disadvantaged regions of the world.

Your event sponsorship also allows guests to attend the event for only the $20 admission amount. Your strong support is greatly appreciated and helps this event to be successful.

In the second phase of registration, which will begin July 3rd at 12 noon Eastern Daylight Time, guests may register themselves, or you may add guests to your group by paying the $20 per person admission amount.
Event planning anticipates that actively interested people who register in the second phase will also register as sponsors.
Seats for your group and you will be pre-assigned on a first come, first served basis.

The third phase of registration is onsite registration, which may have limited seats available. No one will be denied entry for inability to pay during onsite registration.

Children Attending
Children 8 years of age and older who have a genuine interest and who are able to remain attentive for the duration of the event are invited to attend.

Translation
Translation availability is not yet confirmed. English audio is also available for hearing enhancement. Choice of language should be specified when registering online in order to reserve a translation headset.
If you requested translation or English hearing enhancement and you pre-registered, your headsets will be waiting for you at your seat. All others please make your request at Guest Services.
Cancellation Policy
Event dates, times, format and locations are subject to change. Registration amounts and contributions are non-refundable. If an event must be postponed, then all contributions and amounts received will be credited toward the re-scheduled event. If the registrant cancels his or her registration because he or she is unable to attend the event, there will be no refund.
Liability Policy
Event sponsor is not responsible for travel and accommodation expenses that may result from changes to event dates, times, format or location.
