Introductory Event March 20th 2004 Montpellier

After a few months of intense preparation in which 30 people were involved, a very special introductory event took place in a beautiful townhouse in Montpellier city centre.
1200 invitation cards of different formats and visuals were published and were distributed to PWK, aspirants, guests and in some public places in the city centre and in the Montpellier area.
An invitation card was also emailed (twice) to PWK as a reminder.
300 posters were put up in public places such as universities, restaurants, bars, health food shopsŠ.,
Result~:
105 guests - 5 aspirants - 100 pwk

The event~:
At 3pm guests were invited to visit the ³Beyond Words² exhibition : Maharaji¹s quotations  had been translated into French and beautifully framed. Premies¹works of art, which had been carefully selected and displayed, highlighted Maharaji¹s quotations.
A group of musicians(composed of PWK and new people)regularly played and sang and at intervals there were slide shows of pictures of nature and some poetry reading. 
   
There was a coffee area where hot drinks and biscuits were offered to guests who could stay inside or go outside in the sunny garden.
In an adjoining room DVD extracts of Maharaji¹s events were broadcasted and planned  from 3.30pm to7pm.
57 new people came to watch and listen to Maharaji¹s words. Some of them didn¹t want to leave the room, being afraid of losing their seat waiting for the next DVD.

An Information table and a TPRF table welcomed the visitors who wanted to get information about receiving the techniques of Knowledge or  were just eager to know more about this beautiful thing and wanted to buy materials.

A welcome gift was given to each guest(The 2 press articles : ³Give peace a Chance² and ³Pursuing Peace means Knowing where to Begin² were rolled up and tied with a  blue ribbon)
