You">You are Perry's Vanilla ice cream. You like things simple, without complication or trouble. Sometimes it might just seem like you're boring, but that isn't true. Or is it?

1. What do you want to do in the summer of 2007 that you've never done before? I'd love to hike some of the Tallulah Gorge trails (one's we weren't able to while the kids were young).
2. What do you want to do in the summer of 2007 that you HAVE done before and thoroughly enjoyed? (example: if I don't get at least one full day in the hammock with a pitcher of lemonade, it's not summer for me) I want to go back to Folly Beach for a couple of days. I LOVE it there.
3. Halfway check: Did you keep--if you made any--New Year's resolutions? I didn't make any. I knew I wouldn't have time so I didn't bothere this year. I'd rather come into my own on my own time...not some weird old man's time.
4. What countries would you love to visit this summer, if only in your dreams? What cities do you think you'll actually get away to visit before September? I only want to go to Ireland, that's it! As far as cities, I'll probably get to Atlanta this summer w/ the way gas prices are, I doubt anything out of Georgia is going to happen.
5. Do you plan on any purchases--big or small--to make it seem like summer? (new BBQ grill, plastic dishes for the patio that scream Hawaii, etc.) Nope, not this summer. We're gearing up for our mortgage to hike up big time, because we can't refinance yet. We need to do some credit repair first..long story. I don't want to delve into it any more than that.
6. What song will always say "Summer!" to you? Up Around the Bend by Credence Clear Water Revival.
7. Compared to this time last summer, are you:
- happier or sadder?
- richer or poorer?
- thinner or fatter?
Happier, Poorer (I know, how is this possible w/ two working parents? Credit repair, mortgage hike and kids needing more crap.) and actually a smidge thinner...not much, but enough for my weight to go down in my doctor's folder!
8. What book is on your wish list to read before summer's end?
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
9. Same questions as above: substitute movie.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (sigh)
10. How would you describe your personal fashion concept for summer of 2007? The less clothing, the better. The heat and lack of rain have been unreal this season. Modesty has had to go out the window, because w/ prices the way they are and us trying to go green, we aren't running our air either.
