I don't know if anyone still reads this board, but I'm going to ask a few questions anyway.  These are mostly directed at "Frank", but all opinions are welcome.

First:  I have been reading the Oom Yung Doe website, and there is lots of talk about a "correct path" or whatever.  What I want to know is how are the [national, regional, etc.] instructors and the students supposed to follow, or for that matter even find, this "correct path" if Grandmaster "Iron" Kim is not on it himself, and has in the past encouraged others to not be on it?  Landing yourself and others in jail is no way to demonstrate any sort of correct path.

Second:  I am dismayed by some of the responses that "Frank" has made.  "[B]ring it on!!!" ???   I was under the impression that martial arts was not about fighting or showing off.  It always seems that one of the first things they teach -little kids- in martial arts classes is not to use martial arts just to fight or challenge people, or just to show off, but [to defend yourself] only if you absolutely have to.  Thus, I wonder, if you are an instructor like someone says you are, why do you respond in this way?  I should think you would be able to find a better way to present yourself.  Or, am I wrong in thinking that martial arts skills should not be used in this manner?

That is all.
