Well, I have asked time and time again on this and several other message boards, e-mails to the 0YD schools and even some phone calls. All I have ever asked for was evidence of the lineage OYD claims. All I have ever gotten was mouth running, subject dodging, name calling and defensive attitudes. No Facts. Since they are using this lineage (real or not) for their advertising literature, web site etc. they are legally required by the Federal Trade Commisiion to provide evidence. If anyone is interested in understanding the FTC advertising guidlines, you can go to http://www.ftc.gov/ . I am going to give 0YD 1 week from this date to give me a straight answer. If I do not receive one I am going to begin 1)a grievence filing process. 2)a petition and signature gathering process to gain the support of others who feel 0YD is a fraud. I will let you know as the week progresses how thing are shaping up. This will also be posted other boards as well. 0YD this is your last chance before this becomes legal! |
