Wow, I got out while being pressured to sign an international level contract, so never actually looked at it. My old national contract was for 1 year, and could be cacelled if you moved more than 50 miles away from a school, or got a doctor to say you were not healthy enough to continue participation. In the state of Washington, it's illegal to have a health club contract (which OYD contracts are) extend beyond one year. This new contract sounds so much more draconion. Guess that's what happened when all the crooks got out of jail, they started tightening the screws again. |
