There aren't a huge number of red flags here.  True, they won't talk prices, so that could be bad.  There's a number of schools, I guess the quality depends on how many seniors he has.

At the same time, the calendar is somewhat unexpected.  Desert survival, ocean survival, mountain survival.

I'm not sure I would draw connnections to john kim.  The only commonality I saw was the 18 weapons, and that's a fairly common number for weapons in asian martial arts.

In addition, he's not claiming to teach all martial arts, but the principles behind all martial arts, which is a much more finite thing, though still a lofty goal.

I dunno.  Maybe I'll contact him and see what he has to say.
