2. I was going to post this message on the feedback of the new forum. But it told me that I cannot start a new topic, and wanted me to log in again. So I did, and still get the same answer. Feel like the "Groundhog Day" (I can add reply to an exiting topic w/o problem though.)

Just tried to access the feedback forum using a regular user ID, and it works. Maybe it's related to your browser settings. Please email your security options to forum@taiwanmilitary.org">forum@taiwanmilitary.org and I'll try to duplicate the problem.
FYI, it works fine with medium security setting on MSIE 6.
