Folks,

As you may have noticed, access to anyboard.net has been quite unreliable these days.  This has finally convinced me to find a permanent home for TMF even if it means shelling out some money.

I have registered the domain name www.taiwanmilitary.org and signed up for a hosting service.  The short-term goal is to move TMF over and restart operation.  I will try to preserve as much content as possible.  TMF at the present location will be shut down after the move.  Barring the unexpected, the transition should be done by late next week.  Please wait for further announcements.

The long-term goal is to develop the site into a depository of information about Taiwan military.  Contributions of all kinds, especially ideas, articles/photos, and web design skils, will be needed.  If you are interested in participating, please post a follow-up here or email me directly.  Once the forum is moved, we will figure out what to do next in detail.

Apologies beforehand for any inconvenience this may cause you.  I sincerely hope that each and every forum member will take the trouble to find us at our new home.  Thanks!
