He's the first CO of the ship, owning it since the ship's construction.

I'll bet he's saying that idiot new CO can't handle "his" baby. And the underground rock has to be PLAN Kilo or some other sub that was caught snooping too close to the surf.....

Him pounding the door of the new CO with one hand, the other holding a baseball bat: "nobody f**ks with my boat"! Probably not a good idea though, Capt. Huang Ho is retired therefore unarmed (except for the baseball bat), whereas his successor still got his .45 ACP (provided he hasn't been suspended).
